Keep an eye out for classes in the near future. Our first class will be held September 22nd - a one hour class from 3-4 and another from 6-7. Amy Pfleegor of Sunbury, Pa will be bringing her harp and sharing melodies tuned to the cosmic frequency of 432 Hz, also referred to as the Schumann resonance. Listening to music at this frequency is believed to facilitate a peace connection to the natural world, leading to lower stress levels and enabling our body to naturally heal itself.
